Teeny Tiger Practice


Building up to my Eye of Tiger practice, here's my starter for 60 (minutes!)

Sun salutations    
5 x Surya Namaskar
2 minute Handstand  
2 minute Pinca mayurasana  
2 minute Headstand

 






Standing poses, held for 1 minute
Tadasana
Uttansana
Parsva Uttansana
Hip openers  
Sukkhasana
Virasana

Abdominals
2 x Navasana, held for 1 minute
Bridget crunches, alternating for 1 minute
Twisting straight legs, alternating for 1 minute

Arm balances, held for 1 minute each side    
Kickstand Vascistasana
Vasisthasana

Backbends, held for one minute    
Salabasana (torso elevated only)
Salabasana (torso & legs elevated)
Bhujangasana
Urdva Mukka Svanasana
Eka Pada Bhekasana

Forward bends, held for one minute each side    
Gomukhasanana (forward fold)
Janu Sirsasaana
Paschimottanasana

5 minute Shoulderstand
10 minute meditation  
10 minute Savasana
